Actually, Amerie’s got pretty brown everything. While everyone’s talking about how Beyonce is the hottest female in the game (and realistically, she is) it’s weird how people are so quick to skip over Amerie. Aside from the killer looks, she’s actually got a voice that stands out more than anything else about her when she’s on the right track. I don’t like all of her cuts, but the latest track she’s got with Trey Songz and Lloyd Banks is my jam at the moment. The tune is called “Pretty Brown Eyes” and it’s being billed as a remake of the Mint Condition classic. I think that aside from having the same chorus, it’s a totally different song, and a darn good one. It probably won’t be much more than a temporary club jam, but I’m digging it.
